According to the report of the Daily Star News website, a body has been found in the melting glacier of Switzerland, which is believed to be of a British man. Surprisingly, that person had disappeared in 1974 itself. When the person went missing, he was 32 years old and a mountaineer. His name has not been disclosed but investigation is going on about him. The body was found on September 5 last year on the Pennine Alps mountain of Switzerland.

Swiss authorities have found that more than 300 people have disappeared from the Alps since 1925. Due to the melting glacier, many dead bodies have been recovered from under the snow. You will be surprised to know that in the year 2017, the dead body of a couple was found from here, who were missing since the year 1942. In a statement released on February 16, the Canton Police Valleis said that the bodies found in the snow were those of a man who disappeared from the Grand Combe area on December 31, 1974.

DNA identification done with the police of Great Britain revealed that the man was a British mountaineer. He was 32 years old when he went missing. Under the search of missing people, the police is continuously searching for such people whose dead bodies are buried in the snow. Since the melting of the glacier, the search operation is being conducted by helicopter.
